<![CDATA[Introduction: This study was motivated by the importance of improving teacher performance as one of the factors in achieving educational quality, which is influenced by school leadership and teacher work motivation. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the effects of principals’ situational leadership and work motivation on the performance of elementary school teachers in the Teratai Cluster, Natar District, Lampung Province, both partially and simultaneously. Method: A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed. Data were collected using questionnaire instruments that had been tested for validity and reliability and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination with the assistance of SPSS. Results: The results showed that principals’ situational leadership had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Work motivation also had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Simultaneously, situational leadership and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Conclusion: Adaptive leadership and strong work motivation are important factors in improving teacher performance. Strengthening both aspects continuously is necessary to support the improvement of teacher performance quality.]]>
