<![CDATA[This study describes the quality management of the Tabana Bhakti Buwana Program at shaping student character at MAS Tarbiyatul Banin Banat, focusing on the implementation of the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, and document analysis involving the Madrasah Head, Program Coordinator, Deputy Head for Curriculum, and three group mentor teachers; the data were then analyzed using the interactive model developed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The findings indicate that operational planning and implementation are well-directed and comprehensively documented. However, the stages regarding quality standard setting, monitoring (checking), and corrective actions remain weak. The Madrasah lacks official implementation guidelines beyond the initial proposal; evaluation documents are not fully archived; and the extension of the program duration from two weeks to one month (scheduled for 2026) lacks formal documentation. To date, the program's success has relied more on the commitment of individual administrators than on an established quality management system. By applying the PDCA framework—rather than the POAC model commonly used in previous studies—this research successfully identifies specific stages of the TBB Program management that require strengthening.]]>
