Objective: This study aims to comprehensively examine the principal's strategy in formulating, implementing, and evaluating the Accelerated Learning Group Program (KBC) as an effort to improve students' academic quality and realize the competitiveness of the madrasah at MTsN 1 Trenggalek. Method: This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation studies, while data analysis used the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. Data validity was tested through source and technique triangulation. Result: The formulation of the KBC Program was carried out through needs analysis, comparative studies, the establishment of a management team, the development of an academic system, and collaboration with parents. Implementation centered on compressing learning time, strengthening independent learning through Self-Directed Learning Units (UKBM), and direct monitoring. At the evaluation stage, the focus was directed toward learning achievement and program outcomes.Novelty: This study provides concrete evidence linking the stages of the principal's strategic management systematically with a credit-semester-based acceleration program in madrasahs, while also revealing gaps between student grouping policies and field practices that affect students' psychosocial well-being.
