This study aims to describe the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in Qur'an-Hadith learning, analyze the development of students' critical thinking skills, and identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of its application in the 11th grade at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kota Bogor. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana interactive model. The results show that the implementation of PBL was carried out through six main stages: problem identification, investigation, information search and analysis, discussion, development of alternative solutions, and presentation of results. This model proved effective in developing students' critical thinking skills, marked by their ability to identify problems, analyze information, solve problems, and draw conclusions logically and contextually. The main supporting factors included school policies, availability of facilities, teacher guidance, and student enthusiasm, while the challenges faced were limited learning time and varying levels of student engagement. These findings confirm that PBL is a relevant approach to creating active and contextual Qur'an-Hadith learning that fosters students' critical thinking capabilities.
