<![CDATA[Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by obstacles in communication and social interaction as well as limited and repetitive patterns of behavior, interests, and activities. The success of intervention programs is greatly influenced by the involvement of parents as the child's main companion. This study aims to explore the experiences of parents in assisting intervention programs for children with ASD. The research uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological design. Three parents were selected through purposive sampling technique as participants. Data were obtained through semi-structured in-depth interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis. The results of the study showed five main themes, namely the initial emotional response to diagnosis and intervention, the form of parental involvement during the intervention process, the challenges faced, the adaptation strategies developed, and expectations for intervention services. Parents play an active role by implementing therapy exercises at home, establishing communication with professionals, and providing emotional support to children. However, time constraints, costs, emotional exhaustion, and lack of understanding of intervention techniques are obstacles. These findings confirm the importance of a family-centered approach through the collaboration of parents, therapists, educators, and other professionals to improve the effectiveness of interventions as well as child development.]]>
