<![CDATA[MICE Sector (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions)has an important role in supporting the development of the creative industry and tourism in Indonesia, one of which is through organizing international craft exhibitions. This study aims to analyze the implementation of this function. Planning, Organizing, Actuating, And Controlling (POAC) in the implementation of INACRAFTOctober 2025 Vol.4 Youthpreneurs Organized by ASEPHI in collaboration with PT Mediatama Binakreasi. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research informants consisted of Event Planner, staff Human Resources and General Affairs (HR & GA), crew event,and visitors. Data analysis was conducted using source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the successful implementation of the event was supported by the integrated implementation of POAC functions, including needs analysis-based planning and the 5W+1H approach, task division and cross-divisional coordination, daily briefings and effective operational communication, and monitoring through real-time evaluation andlessons learnedas a basis for improving future events. The research also identified challenges such as limited personnel during peak visitor numbers and low international buyer conversion rates. Therefore, organizers need to improve human resource capacity planning and strengthen their strategies.pre-event engagementforbuyer international exhibitions, and developing digital information systems to support visitor services and navigation. The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for MICE event organizers in improving the effectiveness of managing international-scale exhibitions.]]>
