This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, transparency, and village official performance on public satisfaction regarding administrative services in Bulakamba Village, both partially and simultaneously. A quantitative approach with a causal-associative method was employed to determine the cause-and-effect relationships between the independent and dependent variables. Data were collected via questionnaires distributed to 366 residents who had received village administrative services. The collected data were analyzed using partial tests (t-test), simultaneous tests (F-test), and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that work discipline (t = 2.922; p = 0.004), transparency (t = 10.590; p < 0.001), and village official performance (t = 12.093; p < 0.001) each have a positive and significant effect on public satisfaction. Simultaneously, these three variables were found to have a significant impact on public satisfaction (F = 86.927; p < 0.001). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.419 indicates that work discipline, transparency, and village official performance explain 41.9% of the variation in public satisfaction, while the remainder is influenced by factors outside the scope of this study. These findings underscore the importance of enhancing discipline, information transparency, and the quality of village official performance to ensure effective administrative services and boost public satisfaction.
