Abstract

Adanya wabah COVID-19 yang melanda seluruh dunia, banyak sektor perekonomian yang menurun dan mengalami banyak kerugian, bahkan di Indonesia sendiri masih berusaha keras untuk mengembalikan perekonomian didalam negeri dengan pemberlakuan PPKM di seluruh wilayah pulau jawa dan bali. Salah satu UMKM yang terdampak ialah Peternakan miliki salah seorang peternak di Desa Negla kabupaten Brebes jawa tengah, dimana setelah pemberlakuan aturan pemerintah kini usahanya menurun dari jumlah pesanan ikan lele tidak seperti panen lele sebelumnya yang hampir setiap hari ada pesanan bahkan kadang mengalami kekurangan hasil panenya, Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan edukasi dan pelatihan mengenai peningkatan manajemen pengelolaan usaha melalui pemanfaatan teknologi berbasis digital. Guna sebagai upaya penanganan permasalahan yang sedang terjadi di usaha peternakan lele milik Bapak Toha.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh harga dan daya tarik wisata di objek wisata mangrove pandansari kabupaten Brebes. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 100 responden. Metode menggunakan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menampilkan hasil uji t yang menyatakan bahwa variabel, harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung. Dengan nilai t-hitung harga sebesar 3,065> t-tabel 0,1660 dengan nilai signifikan 0,003<0,05 Dan daya tarik wisata berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung. Dengan t-hitung daya tarik wisata sebesar 5,196 > t-tabel0,1660 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000<0,05.Kata Kunci: harga, daya tarik wisata, minat berkunjung AbstractThis study aims to examine and analyze the influence of price and tourist attraction in the Pandansari Mangrove tourism object, Brebes Regency. This type of research is quantitative . The sample of this research was taken as many as 100 respondents. The method uses SPSS 22. The results of this study show test results which state that the variable, price has a positive and significant effect on visiting interest. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga tiket, fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu dengan cara melakukan observasi dan membagikan kuesioner secara langsung maupun online kepada pengunjung Desa Wisata Hutan Mangrove Pandansari Brebes. Data tersebut selanjutnya akan diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi analisis data statistic atau diolah dengan SPSS 22.Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel harga tiket, fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan pelanggan hal ini dilihat dari hasil uji F yaitu sebesar 15.548.dengan nilai probabilitas 0,000 < 0,05. Dalam uji t pada variabel harga tiket berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan yaitu sebesar thitung 2.690 > ttabel 1.660. Variabel Fasilitas juga berpengaruh secara sifnifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan yaitu sebesar thitung 3.546 > ttabel 1.660. Dan variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar thitung 3.363 > ttabel 1.660.Kata Kunci : Harga Tiket, Fasilitas, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pengunjung. AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of ticket prices, facilities and service quality on customer satisfaction. The method used in data collection is by observing and distributing questionnaires directly or online to visitors to the Pandansari Mangrove Forest Tourism Village, Brebes. The data will then be processed using statistical data analysis applications or processed with SPSS 22.The results of this study state that the ticket price, facilities and service quality variables have a significant effect on the customer satisfaction variable, this can be seen from the results of the F test, which is 15,548 with a probability value of 0.000 <0.05. In the t-test, the ticket price variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, which is equal to tcount 2,690 > ttable 1.660. Facility variable also has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, namely tcount 3,546 > ttable 1,660. And the service quality variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at tcount 3.363 > ttable 1.660.Keywords : Ticket Prices, Facilities, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The development of MSMEs is currently influential in increasing people's income, facilitating and accelerating the process of improving the economy. MSME actors in Ciawi village are still done manually by taking orders offline. This is done because they still have little energy and limitations to market these products, and lack of mastery of information and communication technology-based marketing strategies. This community service aims to provide the community with the importance of brand strength of a product brand (brand equity) of SMEs, and how to introduce the brand so that it is known to all levels of society. Most of the GENERAL actors in Ciawi village have not used good and attractive packaging, do not know a place where they can become legal entrepreneurs and develop better through MSME groups in the Brebes Regency area. Furthermore, the team formulated problem analysis and solutions related to problems in the field by providing branding equity training which was attended by 20 participants. In addition, training on making packaging that is more attractive, to support buying interest and selling power. Marketing strategy introduced by utilizing the use of social media to support business development activities.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a form of small business whose existence plays a very important role in empowering the community to have independence in the economic field. MSMEs that are used as partners in this community service activity are people who are members of industrial houses in Cikuya Village, Brebes Regency. The purpose of this service is to describe the empowerment process through MSMEs and to describe the factors that encourage and hinder community empowerment in the legality of business in micro, small and medium enterprises. By having business legality, business actors are expected to be able to compete in the free market era. The method used in this service activity is carried out in the form of counseling, training and assistance in managing business legality. Data collection techniques used through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this service show that the community empowerment process runs gradually, namely preparation, assessment, implementation, evaluation and termination. The driving factor for community empowerment is the government's support in the form of training programs and resource persons, and the high motivation of the community to make good use of local potential. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is science and insight into online marketing techniques that have not been widely developed and lack assistance from related parties in managing business legaility

Abstract

Tujuan dalam riset ini ialah meneliti pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas sekolah pada kepuasan peserta didik kelas XI SMK Bhakti Praja Dukuhwaru. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan mengunjungi objek riset, mewawancara dari pihak sekolah dan memberikan angket kepada responden (peserta didik kelas XI) dengan online memakai google form. Populasi kelas XI 814 siswa siswi dan sampel yang dipakai pada rumus slovin sejumlah 90 siswa siswi. Teknik menganalisis data memakai alat bantu SPSS 22 dan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Output uji regresi berganda memperlihatkan bahwasanya uji parsial (t) variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, dengan nilai sebesar 0,000<0,005 dan t-hitung>t-tabel sebesar 7,046>1,987. Uji parsial (t) fasilitas sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikansi terhadap kepuasan siswa dengan nilai 0,000 < 0,005 dan nilai 4,027> 1,987 untuk t-hitung > t-tabel. Kemudian kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas sekolah secara bersama-sama atau secara bersamaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikansi terhadap kepuasan siswa, dibuktikan dengan uji f> hasil f-tabel 110.528>3.10 dan signifikansi0,000<0,05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on customer loyalty, the effect of consumer satisfaction on customer loyalty, and the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction together on customer loyalty. Research Location at Sinar Jaya Shop, Losari, Brebes. Data This research uses a quantitative approach using a type of survey research. The collected data is analyzed by describing or describing through frequency and percentage tables. The research used includes explanatory research through associative research, which is research that aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables with the aim of obtaining valid data. The research data used is subject data in the form of opinions, attitudes, experiences or characteristics of a person or group of people who are the subject of the study. Data were obtained using questionnaires in the form of written lists of questions which were then shared with respondents to fill out, documents in the form of report cards from respondents, literature studies derived from several literature and other supporting readings. The results of this study are known to be the Adjusted R Square value of 0.533. The coefficient of determination of 0.533 expresses the magnitude of the contribution of independent variables (X1 and X2) of 53.30% in explaining the variability of dependent variables (Y). Based on the regression equation Y = 15.382 + 0.257 X1+ 0.194 X2 can be interpreted that every increase in one unit of service quality and customer satisfaction variables will increase the customer loyalty variable by 0.257 units of service quality, plus 0.194 units of customer satisfaction at a constant of 15,382.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Resto Seafood Setti Hj Etti. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada konsumen Resto Seafood Setti Hj Etti. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi linear berganda Y = 1,657 + 0,446 (X1) + 0,392 (X2) + 0,245 X3 + e Dari hasil uji t membuktikan bahwa secara parsial variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai t-hitung > t-tabel yaitu (3,971 > 1,966), kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai t-hitung > t-tabel yaitu (3,628 > 1,966), dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai t-hitung > t-tabel yaitu (2,359 > 1,986). Kemudian dari hasil uji F membuktikan bahwa kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Resto Seafood   Setti  Hj Etti dengan nilai F-hitung lebih besar dari F-tabel yaitu (87,105 > 3,128) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut maka dapat diambil suatu kesimpulan bahwa kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan dan harga mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Resto Seafood Setti  Hj Etti. Dari hasil uji determinasi   nilai R Square sebesar 0,731, hal ini mengandung arti bahwa variabel X1, X2, X3 memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel Y sebesar 73,1 % dan 26.9 % dipengaruhi oleh fakor-faktor lain.

Abstract

The government is committed to empowering Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMES) in Indonesia, MSMES are a form of small business whose existence plays a very important role in empowering the community to have independence in the economic sector. MSMEs that are used as partners in community service activities are people who are members of the home industry in the village of Randusanga Wetan, Brebes Regency. This article at least describes the results of the community service process carried out by the community service team from Muhadi Setiabudi University, Brebes, offering assistance services on the importance of business legalization so that it can be more competitive globally. Having a business license is very important for the community, but sometimes there are not a few people who don't want to take care of their business license due to lack of knowledge, limited data, and so on. Through this community service activity, the goals and targets to be achieved in community service activities are business legalization for MSME actors. By having business legality, business actors are expected to be able to compete in the free market era.
