Employee productivity is a critical factor supporting the achievement of organizational goals. At PT BPR Lambang Ganda Head Office Ciruas, productivity problems are indicated by the persistently unmet monthly credit targets throughout 2025, allegedly influenced by the suboptimal implementation of Flexible Working Arrangement (FWA) and low Work Life Balance (WLB) among employees. This study aims to examine the direct effect of FWA on Employee Productivity, the effect of FWA on WLB, the effect of WLB on Employee Productivity, and the mediating role of WLB in the relationship between FWA and Employee Productivity. A quantitative method with a descriptive approach was applied to the entire population of 34 employees using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed online and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that FWA has a positive but insignificant effect on Employee Productivity, whereas FWA has a significant positive effect on WLB, and WLB has a significant positive effect on Employee Productivity. WLB is also found to significantly mediate the effect of FWA on Employee Productivity, confirming its role as a mediating variable that bridges the two constructs.
