Abstract

Job Performance is an important aspect of human resource management because it reflects employees' ability to complete their tasks and responsibilities. This study aims to examine the effect of Flexible Working Arrangements on Job Performance, the effect of Flexible Working Arrangements on Work Life Balance, the effect of Work Life Balance on Job Performance, and the mediating role of Work Life Balance in the relationship between Flexible Working Arrangements and Job Performance at PT BPR Lambang Ganda Head Office Ciruas. The study used a quantitative descriptive approach. The population and sample consisted of 34 employees and were determined using saturated sampling. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares with SmartPLS 3. The results show that Flexible Working Arrangements have a positive but insignificant effect on Job Performance, while Flexible Working Arrangements have a positive and significant effect on Work Life Balance. Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on Job Performance. In addition, Work Life Balance significantly mediates the effect of Flexible Working Arrangements on Job Performance. These findings indicate that flexibility alone is not sufficient to improve Job Performance directly, but its contribution becomes significant when it supports better Work Life Balance.
