This study aims to analyze the influence of strategic leadership and job involvement on employee performance at PT Astra Honda Motor Kendari Tbk. The study employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees as respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS, preceded by descriptive statistics, normality testing, and multicollinearity testing. Hypothesis testing was performed using the F-test and t-test to examine the simultaneous and partial effects of the variables. The results indicate that strategic leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job involvement also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence employee performance. These findings indicate that improving employee performance can be supported through leadership that provides clear strategic direction and through strengthening employee involvement in carrying out work and achieving organizational goals.
