Obesity has become a significant global health problem, including in Indonesia, with prevalence continuing to increase across all age groups. Based on SKI 2023, the prevalence of obesity in adults (≥18 years) reached 23.4%, while among children aged 5-12 years, the prevalence of overweight increased to 11.9%. This community service activity aims to improve public knowledge of obesity prevention by educating about healthy local food consumption and regular weight monitoring for toddlers and children in Gurah Village, Kediri Regency. The activity was carried out using a participatory educational approach, including interactive lectures, group discussions, and growth-monitoring demonstrations, involving 18 adults (parents of toddlers and children) and 12 toddlers/children. Data were collected through pretest and posttest questionnaires consisting of 15 multiple-choice questions, and analyzed using a paired t-test after passing the Shapiro-Wilk normality test. The results showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge, with the mean pretest score of 8.22 rising to 12.67 on the posttest (p < 0.001). The N-Gain analysis showed an average score of 0.61 (medium category), indicating that the intervention was quite effective. Weight measurement results showed that 3 of 12 children (25%) had weights above the standard. This activity confirms that health education delivered through leaflets and PowerPoint presentations, integrated with routine growth monitoring, is effective as an obesity-prevention strategy at the village level. Recommendations for follow-up include sustainable assistance through posyandu cadres and the development of digital-based educational media for the younger generation.
