Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in supporting local economic development, yet many MSME actors still face limitations in human resource management, particularly in employee planning, task allocation, work discipline, and performance management. This community service activity aimed to improve the competence of MSME human resources through practical human resource management training based on business practices among members of the Ansor Youth Movement (GP Ansor) in Pagedangan, Tangerang. The activity was conducted at the GP Ansor Pagedangan Office on April 4–5, 2026. The community service team consisted of five lecturers from Universitas Pamulang, while the participants were 18 GP Ansor members who work as MSME entrepreneurs. The implementation method consisted of three main stages: preparation, implementation, and reporting. During the implementation stage, the participants received material presentations, followed by practical exercises, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions focused on human resource management issues encountered in their businesses. The results indicated that the training increased participants’ understanding of basic human resource management and their ability to apply practical approaches to employee management within their respective businesses. The activity also encouraged participants to recognize the importance of structured human resource management in improving work effectiveness, employee performance, and business sustainability. Overall, the training provided practical benefits for strengthening MSME human resource management competencies.
