<![CDATA[The income of corn kernel farmers in Rasau Jaya often fluctuates due to production efficiency constraints and market accessibility constraints. This study aims to analyze the influence of land area, farmer experience, distance to market, and technology adoption on the income of corn kernel farmers in Rasau Jaya. This study used a quantitative explanatory approach with a multiple linear regression method on 60 respondents selected through a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the regression model was simultaneously significant with a significance value of 0.000 and an R-square value of 0.752, meaning that 75.2% of the variation in income was explained by the independent variables in the model. Partially, land area, experience, and technology had a positive and significant effect on income, supporting production theory, human capital theory, and innovation diffusion theory. Conversely, distance to market had a negative and significant effect, confirming Von Thünen's location theory related to logistical cost barriers. These findings imply the importance of government intervention in developing road infrastructure to production centers to reduce transportation costs, as well as strengthening extension programs to accelerate the adoption of post-harvest technology to improve farmer competitiveness and income.]]>
