The migration phenomenon on Instagram has given rise to a massive ecosystem of hadith memes, becoming a primary medium for disseminating religious messages among Indonesian Muslims. However, studies on this phenomenon tend to focus on digital communication and have not yet received integrative analysis from the perspectives of hadith science and Sufism. This study aims to analyze the typology of hadith memes on Instagram, evaluate the authenticity of the hadith used, and examine their implications for socio-religious transformation within the hijrah community. The study employed a qualitative method with a thematic content analysis approach to hadith memes circulating through the hashtag #hadishijrah. The results show that the hadiths predominantly used in hijrah memes are generally considered authentic or hasan. However, during the mediatization process, there has been a shift in framing from an orientation toward spiritual transformation and moral development toward the construction of a religious identity that emphasizes visual symbols of piety. This condition has led to a simplification of some Sufism moral values, such as sincerity, self-reflection, and tazkiyat al-nafs. This research also found signs of the commodification of hadith and a shift in religious authority from traditional institutions to non-academic digital actors. These findings contribute to the development of an analytical framework that integrates hadith studies, Sufism, and digital media to understand the dynamics of contemporary muslim religiosity.
