Taushiah: Jurnal Hukum, Pendidikan dan Kemasyarakatan, aims to promote scientific publications on Law, Education, and Society in its broadest sense covering textual, Historical, and Empirical. The journal contains original research articles based on literature and/or empirical research in the fields of Law, Education, and Society particularly, but not limited to, six main topics, namely (1) Islamic Law and Legislation, (2) Islamic Law in Classical and Modern Social Life, (3) Islamic Education Philosophy, Curriculum, and Methodology, (4) Islamic Education Management, Policy, and Innovation, (5) Islamic Sociology and anthropology, (6) Islamic Community Empowerment. The journal encourages articles that take a multidisciplinary approach to these topics. Scholars with interest in law, education and society from Indonesia and other countries are welcome to submit their articles to Taushiah: Jurnal Hukum, Pendidikan dan Kemasyarakatan and use this open access journal as a valuable resource in this field.

In the practice of buying and selling the active period of data packages, the buyer comes directly to that place. After finding the internet data package you want to use, then buy it and make a transaction. The data package purchased was the Telkomsel internet data package, the seller said that the contents of the package were 30 GB and the active period on the starter card was 2 months and Indosat 3 GB with an active period of 1 month as stated on the packaging. The seller and buyer have made an agreement and then consent and qabul occur at that place. The buyer gives money worth the goods and the seller gives the goods that have been agreed upon between the seller and the buyer at one time at that place. In the analysis of Islamic law, the first thing to do in the buying and selling process is to fulfill the applicable requirements, including the existence of a seller and a buyer, the object of the sale and purchase, there is a medium of exchange, the sale and purchase is carried out directly on the spot, there is an agreement between the seller and the buyer. This research is field research which is descriptive-analytic in nature. The research object and location is the Alya cellphone in Sitimbaga Village, East Halongonan District with a normative Islamic business research approach which aims to find answers in the form of Islamic business rules regarding buying and selling internet data quota packages. The data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation, the techniques for drawing conclusions are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that there is an element of gharar (deception), a mismatch between the active period of internet data packages and the agreement that has been made, causing harm to one of the parties.

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis praktik adat pemberian uang antaran di Desa Sei Dua Hulu, Kecamatan Simpang Empat, Kabupaten Asahan. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana praktik tersebut berlangsung dalam konteks masyarakat setempat dan relevansinya dengan syari'at Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi lapangan dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara kepada tokoh masyarakat, kepala desa, serta pasangan suami istri di desa tersebut. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian uang antaran di Desa Sei Dua Hulu merupakan tradisi yang dilakukan oleh pihak laki-laki kepada pihak keluarga perempuan di luar mahar, yang disaksikan oleh kerabat keluarga perempuan sebelum pesta perkawinan diselenggarakan. Besaran uang antaran ditetapkan melalui musyawarah antara kedua belah pihak, dengan mempertimbangkan faktor pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan kebiasaan lokal. Selain itu, praktik pemberian uang antaran ini tidak bertentangan dengan syari’at Islam, karena memenuhi syarat sebagai ‘urf sahih yang dapat diterima dalam hukum Islam, selama tidak merugikan umat dan menjaga kemaslahatan masyarakat.

Madrasah Tsanawiyah School, Gedung Johor, there are still many students who behave and have attitudes that are far from the values of Islamic teachings, such as not dressed neatly, not greeting teachers and friends, making fun of each other, not doing the tasks assigned by the teacher. and various other less praiseworthy attitudes found in the student. In an effort to improve student attitudes and behavior, the role of akidah akhlak teachers is very important in instilling moral values in students through learning and cultivating attitudes that are in accordance with the morals taught in Islam. The problem in this study is how the role of akidah akhlak teachers in instilling the attitudes and behavior of class VII students at MTs Gedung Johor. What are the attitudes and behavior of grade VII students at MTs Gedung Johor. What are the obstacles for the akidah akhlak teacher in instilling the attitudes and behavior of seventh grade students at MTs Gedung Johor. This research is qualitative in nature by collecting data through interviews with informants and descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the role of the akidah akhlak teacher in instilling the attitudes and behavior of seventh grade students at MTs Gedung Johor shows a good role in accordance with their role as educators and teachers who have teacher competence, teach in accordance with the provisions set by the school and become role models for students. . Attitudes and behavior of class VII students at MTs Gedung Johor through the role of akidah akhlak teachers have good attitudes and behaviors which are marked by student compliance with rules and regulations, awareness of students in carrying out learning tasks and establishing good relationships with teachers and fellow students. There are still students who need time to understand lessons because there is no background in religious education, as well as lack of supervision from parents of students at home.

This paper describes the method (method) of resolving maqbul hadiths that contradict each other (mukhtalif), namely sahih or hasan traditions which outwardly appear to contradict other authentic or hasan traditions. However, the aims of these traditions are not contradictory, because in principle they can be resolved by: First, compromising, namely trying to collect the two, until the resistance is lost. Second, Nasakh is looking for which of the two hadiths came first, and which came later. So the hadith that came first should be narrated by the hadith that came later. Third, Tarjih, which is conducting research on which hadiths are strong, both sanad and matan, to be interpreted. A strong hadith is called a rajih hadith, while a tarjih hadith is called a marjuh.

In an effort to prevent promiscuity among adolescents in Kute Kering Village, the role and efforts of religious educators are needed. Kute Kering Village was assigned a Civil Servant Religious Counselor who was placed by the Ministry of Religion of the Regency as a mentor and religious counselor in the village in an effort to strengthen religious knowledge and knowledge as well as overcome social problems in the Islamic community, especially youth in the village, besides the PNS religious instructors there were two ( 2) non-PNS religious counselors who live in the village who also have the same role in providing religious guidance to adolescents so that adolescent religious education increases. This research method is a qualitative method, namely research that describes objective conditions in the field with research informants from village heads, religious extension workers, religious leaders and youth, research analysis is by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study illustrate that religious instructors are making efforts to tackle promiscuity in Kute Kering Village such as promiscuity in the form of adultery, drugs, theft and rape that often occur among adolescents. The efforts made by religious educators in tackling promiscuity are carry out various religious activities in the community in general and for youth in particular, and carry out legal counseling activities in collaboration with the local police so that the community is aware of the law. influencing youth and opening up opportunities and places for promiscuity. Efforts are being made to strengthen parental supervision of association and use of social media, personal guidance from religious educators and law enforcement from the police.

Tujuan penelitian ini yakni, pertama untuk mengetahui bagaimana Penerapan Pendidikan Akhlak dalam Pembinaan Kepribadian Islami Pada Remaja Muslim di Desa Sekip dapat tercapai. Kedua, untuk mengetahui apakah ada kendala dalam mengatasi permasalahan hingga Penerapan Pendidikan Akhlak dalam Pembiinaan Kepribadian Islami Pada Remaja Muslim di dapat tercapai. Ketiga, untuk mengetahui usaha atau solusi apa yang telah dilakukan oleh orang tua dan Pemerintah Desa dalam mengatasi permasalahan hingga Penerapan Pendidikan Akhlak dalam Pembinaan Kepribadian Islami Pada Remaja Muslim di Desa Sekip dapat tercapai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Di mana metode pengumpulan data yaitu dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, lokasi penelitian ini adalah di Desa Sekip Kecamatan Lubuk Pakam Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan mewawancarai beberapa narasumber, penerapan pendidikan akhlak dalam pembinaan kepribadian pada remaja muslim di Desa Sekip telah berjalan sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan. Keterlibatan remaja dari Desa Sekip pada permasalahan tersebut sudah sangat berkurang dan jarang ditemui. Menurut narasumber yaitu Bapak Rahmat selaku Kepala Desa per Maret tahun 2023 ia menyatakan bahwa Pemerintah Desa Sekip telah berhasil menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut berkat kerja sama antara pemerintah desa dengan seluruh lapisan masyarakat.

This study aims to determine the use of multimedia as a medium of Islamic Religious Education learning, Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes after using interactive multimedia, and the effect of the use of interactive multimedia on Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes for Class VII Students of ERIA Private Middle School, Medan Kota District. To get this data, the population is all Grade VII students of the ERIA Private Middle School 2019/2020 Academic Year, Medan Kota District. A total of 57 students. The sample is set by all students of class VII. In answering the problem of this research, the method used is quantitative / descriptive method. Data collection instruments in the form of a multimedia questionnaire as a source of learning and test results of Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes. The data analysis technique was using descriptive correlative study analysis technique. The hypothesis is tested using a questionnaire. Based on the results of this research can be seen the use of multimedia as a source of student learning classified into high categories with an average value of 69.82.

This study aims to determine the students' interest in learning Fiqh before and after being taught using the Gallery Walk learning strategy, and the effectiveness of the Gallery Walk learning strategy on the interest in learning Fiqh of the VIII grade students of MTs Swasta Fajrul Iman Patumbak. The population in this study were all students of class VIII MTs Swasta Fajrul Iman Patumbak for the academic year 2021/2022, totaling 152 students. The sample of this research was determined using random sampling technique as many as 38 students of class VIII. This research method is a descriptive method of correlational statistical techniques with a quantitative approach. Data collection methods used are: by conducting observations and questionnaires. The conclusions obtained from this study are: Interest in learning Fiqh of class VIII MTs Swasta Fajrul Iman Patumbak before the Gallery Walk learning strategy was applied got an average score of 66.11 including category C (medium). Interest in learning Fiqh students of class VIII MTs Private Fajrul Iman Patumbak before the Gallery Walk learning strategy was applied got an average score of 85.57 including category A (very good). The Gallery Walk learning strategy is effectively used in increasing students' interest in learning Fiqh with the provisions of tcount ttable, namely 9.89 1.688. With this provision, the hypothesis is accepted. With a significant level of = 0.05, the implementation of the Gallery Walk learning strategy helped 49.07% in increasing students' interest in learning Fiqh.

Pondok Pesantren Mustahafawiyah banyak mengalami tantangan sejalan dengan perkembangan sosial yang mengitarinya. Balasan yang bersumber baik dari faktor internal maupun faktor eksternal pesantren, tantangan yang bersumber dari faktor internal seperti pekembangan kurikulum dari tahun ketahun yang semakin meningkat karena tuntutan zaman,. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan peneliti di Pondok Pesantren Musthafawiyah,kurikulum yang di gunakan di Musthafawiyah masih merujuk kepada kurikulum lama yang di buat oleh Tuan Syeh H. Musthafa Husein Nasution,dan kurikulum itu masih di pakai hingga sekarang akan tetapi kurikulum baru (kemenag) sudah memasuki pondok pesantren tersebut,tentunya hal ini akan banyak mata pelajaran yang di ambil oleh santri sehingga manajemen kurikulum harus dipersiapkan secara tepat dan memberikan kenyamanan dalam belajar santri. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini Mengungkapkan perkembangan kurikulum pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Musthafawiyah Purba Baru Kabupaten Mandailing Natal.Mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan kurikulum di Pondok Pesantren Musthafawiyah Purba Baru Kab. Mandailing Natal.Mengetahui implikasi perkembangan kurikulum terhadap capaian pembelajaran siswa di Pondok Pesantren Musthafawiyah Purba Baru Kab. Mandailing Natal. Adapun jenis penelitian dalam permasalahan ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif pendekatan sejarah (historical research). Perkembangan kurikulum yang terjadi di pondok pesantren musthafawiyah purba baru di sebabkan dengan perkembangan zaman sekarang. Dimana PonPes Musthafawiyah sudah melakukan 2 pergantian kurikulum yaitu SKB 3 Mentri dan Muadalah, akan tetapi kurikulum yang di buat pendiri masih di pakai hingga sekarang. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kurikulum pendidikan di ponpes musthafawiyah purba baru itu dipacu pada dua faktor yang mempengaruhi yaitu faktor eksternal dan internal, faktor eksternalnya adalah guru, siswa ataupun orang-orang yang terkait didalamnya. Sedangkan untuk faktor internalnya adalah perguruan tinggi, lingkungan masyarakat. Implikasi perkembangan kurikulum terhadap capaian belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan kurikulum tersebut. para guru juga melakukan upaya/usaha dalam meningkatkan kualitas belajar diantaranya melalui karakteristik belajar dimana para guru merancang sebuah metode pembelajaran yang di senangi siswa.

In the context of the problem of polygamy, Siti Musdah Mulia formulates polygamy as a marriage bond in which the husband marries more than one wife at the same time. Men who do this form of marriage are said to be polygamous. This type of research is library research. Siti Musdah Mulia, polygamy is essentially a legal affair, and therefore hurts the wife's feelings even more. Based on this information, the author agrees with Mulia's opinion that regards polygamy as an affair. According to researchers that the reality of a polygamous husband begins with romance and to attract other women, the husband usually corners and bad-mouthed his wife in the hope of getting sympathy from the mistress. It seems impossible for a woman to fall in love with a married man if he flatters his wife. It is very rare for a husband to get love from another woman praising the harmony of his household let alone praise his wife. The legal reasons for the opinion of Siti Musdah Mulia that forbid polygamy today are the an-Nisa verse 3, and the an-Nisa verse 129 which means: And if you are afraid you will not be able to do justice to the (orphaned) rights of women (if you marry her), then marry (other) women whom you like: two, three or four. Then if you are afraid that you will not be able to do justice, then (marry) only one or slaves that you have. That is closer to not persecuting "(Surah an-Nisa: 3). And an-Nisa verse 129) which means: And you will never be able to do justice among your wives, even though You really want to do that, so don't be too inclined (to the one you love) until you let the others hang. And if you make improvements and keep yourself from cheating, then surely Allah is Forgiving, Most Merciful ". (4: 129).
