Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation, and teamwork on employee performance in the Inbound Division of PT JNE Main Branch in Medan. A quantitative method was used, employing multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS on 88 respondents. The results show that leadership style, work motivation, and teamwork have a positive and significant effect on performance, both partially and simultaneously. Work motivation is the most dominant factor with a beta value of 0.228, followed by leadership style at 0.220 and teamwork at 0.210. Simultaneously, these three variables explain 20.5% of the variation in employee performance. Based on these findings, it is recommended that management improve leadership guidance during periods of high workload, evaluate incentive schemes, and strengthen team coordination through routine activities.
