Abstract

Human Rights are a set of rights that are essentially inherent in humans. This right is natural, cannot be contested or taken away, and applies universally. Violations of human rights occur if these rights are taken away or challenged by other parties. The field of human rights violations is very broad, covering various rights possessed by humans, including in this case regarding land in the agrarian sector. Violations of human rights in the agrarian sector are basically similar to violations of human rights in other fields, the difference being the object of the right that gives rise to the human rights violation. In this case, the object in question is land in the agrarian sector. Indonesian national law and international law have slightly different perspectives regarding human rights violations in the agrarian sector. The difference is regarding control over the agrarian sector. National law has independent rights over the agrarian sector within its territory without interference from other parties outside the country, including international law. However, this form of violation of human rights, even in the agrarian sector, remains the subject of international law, as is the universal principle held by human rights law. To provide protection of rights in the agrarian sector, Indonesian national law applies the provisions of the 1945 Constitution, Law Number 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights, and Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Agrarian Principles Regulations. Meanwhile, international law applies Convention Number 169 of the International Labor Organization (ILO), as well as the United Nations Declarations on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP). Therefore, this writing aims to explain the point of view of how Indonesian national law views human rights violations in the agrarian sector through domestic regulations, as well as how international law through international instruments views human rights violations in the agrarian sector. This writing was also prepared based on normative juridical sources through Indonesian national regulations and related to international instruments. Abstract

One way to increase and test the level of taxpayer compliance is by conducting a tax audit. The result of a tax audit is a Tax Assessment Letter (SKP). If you are not satisfied with the Tax Assessment Letter issued, the legal remedy that can be taken according to the Law on General Provisions and Tax Procedures is an objection and then an appeal to the Tax Court. In fact, some Taxpayers are suing the SKP to the State Administrative Court (PTUN) because the Tax Assessment Letter (SKP) fulfills the elements of a State Administrative Decision (KTUN) in accordance with the Government Administration Law so that it can be the object of a State Administrative Dispute (TUN). ). The purpose of this research is to add discourse or input to related parties if the Tax Assessment Letter (SKP) meets the requirements as KTUN and vice versa if the Tax Assessment Letter (SKP) cannot/is not the object of a lawsuit at the PTUN. However, the Tax Court is a special court from the TUN court. Apart from that, before a lawsuit is filed at the Administrative Court, the aggrieved party must first carry out administrative efforts in the form of objections and appeals in accordance with the Government Administration Law.

Abstract

Advances in information and communication technology have opened a new stage for people to obtain information autonomously. This research aims to determine the narcissism of women wearing the hijab among students on the Dehasen Bengkulu University TikTok application. This research uses Santrock's theory of narcissism with qualitative research methods. The subjects of this research consisted of 3 informants from the 2020 and 2023 Communication Science Study Program at Dehasen University. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of the author's observations, it can be seen that the form of narcissism found in women who wear the hijab is those who love themselves without caring about other people's opinions about themselves, who make trending videos on the TikTok application using the hijab, and often use excessive filters. Such as using lipstick filters, false eyelashes and bleach on their faces to make them look more beautiful and show off their strengths. When live, they also show body language and body shape while swaying and wearing tight clothes while wearing the hijab. It is better for women who wear the hijab not to do this. However, the informant considered this appearance to be a simple thing, because according to the informant, wearing the hijab was an obligation, while creating trends on the TikTok application was just self-indulgence and entertainment.
