<![CDATA[Facilities and infrastructure management plays a crucial role in the implementation of Early Childhood Education. A learning environment that is safe, comfortable, and conducive to children’s growth and development can only be achieved if facilities and infrastructure are well managed. Through a literature review, this paper examines the concept of facilities and infrastructure management in relation to the quality of PAUD services, while also identifying the factors that influence its success. Data were obtained from national and international journal articles, books, and relevant regulations, then analyzed using content analysis with a qualitative approach. The results indicate that a systematic management process encompassing planning, procurement, utilization, maintenance, supervision, and evaluation will lead to improved quality of ECE services. It does not depend solely on the presence or absence of facilities, but also on the relevance of those facilities, how they are utilized, maintained, and sustained. Unlike previous studies, which generally distinguish between the availability of facilities and their management, this study combines both aspects. Additionally, this study identifies the factors that contribute to the successful management of facilities and infrastructure in early childhood education. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the management of facilities and infrastructure must be positioned as a key, sustainable strategy in efforts to improve the quality of early childhood education services.]]>
