This study aimed to describe the data-driven cardiorespiratory fitness levels of students at MAN Insan Cendekia Gowa. A quantitative approach with a descriptive cross-sectional design was employed. The study involved 20 students selected through purposive sampling. Cardiorespiratory fitness was measured once using the Multistage Fitness Test, also known as the bleep test, while smartwatches were used as supporting devices to record students' heart-rate responses during the test. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including minimum, maximum, sum, mean, range, standard deviation, frequency, and percentage. The results showed that (1) the students' estimated VO₂max values ranged from 31.80 to 54.30 mL/kg/min, with a total score of 790.80, a mean of 39.54 mL/kg/min, a range of 22.50, and a standard deviation of 5.38; (2) 2 students (10%) were classified as very good; (3) 2 students (10%) as good; (4) 9 students (45%) as moderate; and (5) 7 students (35%) as poor, while no students were classified as very poor. It can be concluded that the students' cardiorespiratory fitness levels varied and were predominantly in the moderate category. The integration of the bleep test and smartwatch technology may serve as an initial approach to objectively and systematically support students' fitness monitoring using digital data.
