Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sanrobone Village, Takalar Regency, face business sustainability challenges due to low digital financial literacy and the lack of separation between business cash flow and personal finances. This community service aimed to empower coastal MSMEs through cash flow management education and the use of digital financial services. The method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR) combined with Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD). The activity was held on August 12, 2026, at the Sanrobone Village Hall, attended by 20 MSME actors (seaweed processing, salt, and capture fisheries). Interventions were measured through pre-test and post-test, as well as mentoring in simple bookkeeping practices. The results showed a significant increase in digital financial literacy scores from an average of 42.5 (low category) to 78.0 (moderate-high category). In addition, 85% of participants successfully compiled simple daily cash flow reports, and 60% activated the Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS). In conclusion, the participatory approach effectively improved MSME financial management capacity. It is recommended that the Village Government establish a Village Economic Management System (Pokedar) to facilitate sustainable capital access and MSME digitalization.
