This study aims to analyze the effect of employee attendance and work environment on employee performance at UPTD Puskesmas Arjasa. The study employed a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The population consisted of 68 employees, including healthcare workers and administrative staff at UPTD Puskesmas Arjasa. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, in which the entire population was selected as research respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 25 through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results showed that employee attendance had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.037 < 0.05 and a regression coefficient of 0.236. The work environment also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a regression coefficient of 0.438. Simultaneously, employee attendance and work environment significantly affected employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.594 indicated that employee attendance and work environment variables explained 59.4% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 40.6% was influenced by other variables outside the study. The findings indicate that improving attendance discipline and creating a conducive work environment are important factors in enhancing employee performance and healthcare service quality at UPTD Puskesmas Arjasa.
