<![CDATA[Abstract This study aims to conceptualize the role of digital citizenship in civic education (PKN) learning for strengthening students’ civic disposition and legal awareness. Employing a qualitative approach with a descriptive literature review design, this study analyzes relevant scholarly sources on digital citizenship, civic values, and legal awareness. The analysis focuses on identifying conceptual relationships and learning strategies that support the development of civic education in the digital era. The findings indicate that integrating digital citizenship values into PKN learning has the potential to foster responsible, ethical, tolerant, participatory, and law-abiding digital behaviours. Digital citizenship is viewed not merely as technical competence but as a moral and legal framework guiding students’ interactions in cyberspace. The proposed learning approach incorporates reflective activities, value-based discussions, case analysis, and digital citizenship projects. This study concludes that integrating digital citizenship into PKN learning provides a conceptual foundation for developing responsible citizens with strong civic values and legal awareness in the digital age. ]]>
