The development of digital technology has made smartphones increasinglyintegrated into adolescents’ daily lives, both for academic and entertainmentpurposes. Excessive smartphone use may be associated with nomophobia, namely anxiety experienced when individuals are unable to use or accesstheir smartphones. One behavior that may increase smartphone use intensityis binge watching, while self-control is considered an internal factor that mayhelp regulate digital device use. This study aimed to analyze the effects ofbinge watching and self-control on nomophobia among students of SMK Negeri 3 Pati. This study employed a quantitative explanatory approachusing a survey method. The sample consisted of 319 students from grades X and XI selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a four-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that binge watching had a positive andsignificant effect on nomophobia, with a significance value of 0.000 and a regression coefficient of 0.209. Self-control had a negative and significanteffect on nomophobia, with a significance value of 0.000 and a regressioncoefficient of -0.455. Simultaneously, binge watching and self-control had a significant effect on nomophobia, with a significance value of 0.000. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.441 indicated that both variables explained44.1% of the variance in nomophobia. Â
