The results showed that binge watching had a positive andsignificant effect on nomophobia, with a significance value of 0.000 and a regression coefficient of 0.209. Self-control had a negative and significanteffect on nomophobia, with a significance value of 0.000 and a regressioncoefficient of -0.455.
