Background: Chronic kidney disease is characterized by a progressive and irreversible decline in kidney function, which may require hemodialysis therapy at an advanced stage. Patients undergoing routine hemodialysis are at risk of chronic inflammation, which can be reflected by the Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR), while urea and creatinine levels can indicate the accumulation of metabolic waste products in the body. Purpose: To determine the correlation between NLR and urea and creatinine levels in patients undergoing routine hemodialysis at RSU Wiradadi Husada. Method: This study used an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach and consecutive sampling technique. A total of 42 patients undergoing routine hemodialysis were examined in June 2026. NLR values were obtained from complete blood count results, while urea and creatinine levels were obtained from serum examinations. Data were analyzed using the Spearman correlation test. Results: The results showed no significant correlation between NLR and urea levels (r = 0.054; p = 0.736) or between NLR and creatinine levels (r = −0.189; p = 0.230). Conclusion: There was no significant correlation between NLR and urea or creatinine levels in patients undergoing routine hemodialysis at RSU Wiradadi Husada.
