This study aims to reconstruct the ethnopedagogic system of the Kampung Adat Naga community as a conceptual foundation for Social Studies (IPS) learning. Using a qualitative approach with ethnographic method, research was conducted in Kampung Adat Naga, Tasikmalaya Regency, West Java. Data collection was carried out through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with purposively and snowball-selected informants, and documentation. Data analysis followed the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (2014), with trustworthiness ensured through triangulation, member checking, and audit trails. Findings reveal a holistic ethnopedagogic system encompassing: (1) core cultural values: gotong royong, pamali, environmental harmony, simplicity, religiosity, and musyawarah; (2) value transmission mechanisms through family, traditional leaders, rituals, and daily practices; and (3) experiential and social learning processes embedded in community life. A Conceptual Model of Ethnopedagogic System Reconstruction for IPS Learning was developed, integrating cultural values, social practices, value internalization, learning experiences, IPS competencies, and student character formation. This model contributes meaningfully to the development of contextual, culture-based IPS curricula oriented toward 21st-century character education.
