<![CDATA[This study describes the representation of self-acceptance in the song lyrics of Hindia's album Menari dengan Bayangan based on Carl Rogers' humanistic theory, and examines its relevance as a learning resource for strengthening the independence dimension of the SMK Graduate Profile. A qualitative descriptive method with a literary psychology approach was used. Data consisted of lyrical excerpts from six songs and semi-structured interview transcripts with a psychologist, two teachers, and two students. Data validity was tested through technique and source triangulation, and data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The findings show that the six songs form a chronological psychological trajectory from incongruence between self-concept and ideal self, through unconditional positive regard, to full congruence as a fully functioning person and that these values are relevant to two elements of independence in the SMK Graduate Profile: Self-Understanding and Self-Regulation. The findings suggest that popular song lyrics can serve as literary appreciation material and a contextual character-education medium for Generation Z.]]>
