This study aims to analyze the effect of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) and Innovation Orientation on Entrepreneurial Motivation among Generation Z at PT VDC Jakarta. The research was conducted to examine whether psychological factors and innovation orientation influence the entrepreneurial motivation of Generation Z. This study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires from 113 respondents and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 26. The analysis included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, and F-test. The results showed that Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Motivation. Innovation Orientation also has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Motivation. Furthermore, Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) and Innovation Orientation simultaneously have a significant effect on Entrepreneurial Motivation. These findings indicate that FoMO and innovation orientation contribute to increasing entrepreneurial motivation among Generation Z at PT VDC Jakarta.
