Abstract

Students’ saving behavior is an important aspect of financial behavior that can be influenced by various individual and environmental factors. This study aims to identify and classify the factors influencing students’ saving behavior based on findings from previous studies. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted in accordance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. Relevant literature was identified through national and international scientific publication sources, including Google Scholar, Scopus, Publish or Perish, and Web of Science, using the keyword “Saving.” The literature selection process consisted of four stages: identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and inclusion. A total of 25 relevant articles were included in the review. The synthesis identified seven factors influencing saving behavior, which were classified into two categories: internal and external factors. Internal factors consisted of income, financial literacy, self-control, and saving motives, whereas external factors comprised peer influence, parental socialization, and macroeconomic conditions. The findings indicate that students’ saving behavior is influenced by both individual characteristics and external conditions. This classification provides an integrated understanding of the factors associated with students’ saving behavior and may serve as a basis for developing strategies to strengthen students’ saving practices

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the teacher performance management system at SD Batutis Al-Ilmi in improving the quality of center-based learning through the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation approach. This research employed a qualitative method involving observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies with school principals, teachers, and related parties involved in the implementation of teacher performance management. Data were analyzed interactively through data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The results indicate that the teacher performance management system at SD Batutis Al-Ilmi has been implemented as a strategic effort to maintain and improve learning quality. In the context aspect, the system was developed based on the school’s needs and the characteristics of center-based learning. The input aspect showed that teacher competence, professional development programs, evaluation instruments, and supporting facilities contributed to the implementation of the system. The process aspect revealed that performance planning, supervision, evaluation, feedback, and follow-up activities were carried out to support continuous teacher development. Meanwhile, the product aspect demonstrated that the system contributed to improving teacher professionalism, strengthening teaching practices, and supporting the quality of center-based learning. Therefore, an effective and sustainable teacher performance management system can serve as an important strategy in enhancing teacher competence and improving learning quality at SD Batutis Al-Ilmi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and emotional intelligence on employee performance at PT. Kenflo Pump Indonesia, both partially and simultaneously. The study employed a quantitative approach with a causal research design. The population consisted of 70 employees, and all employees were selected as respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a regression coefficient of 0.412. Emotional intelligence also has a positive and significant effect, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a regression coefficient of 0.385. Simultaneously, both variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with Fcalculated of 52.847 > Ftable of 3.13 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The R Square value of 0.615 indicates that the two independent variables explain 61.5% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 38.5% is explained by other factors. The findings highlight the importance of inspirational leadership and emotional intelligence development in improving employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of a web-based dashboard using Google Apps Script to improve the efficiency of Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) data management at PT Sepeda Untuk Indonesia. The previous ETLE data management process relied on Google Sheets, making data retrieval, monitoring, and management less efficient as operational data volumes continued to increase. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method with a qualitative approach, following the Waterfall model across five stages: Requirements Analysis, System Design, Implementation, Testing, and Maintenance. Ten operational staff members were selected through purposive sampling as research informants. Data were collected through participatory observation, open-ended questionnaires, documentation, operational time measurements, and Black Box Testing. The findings indicate that the web-based dashboard successfully integrated ETLE data searching, monitoring, and management into a structured system. The dashboard simplified information retrieval, supported access via computers and smartphones, and improved operational effectiveness. Operational time measurements showed that average data retrieval time decreased significantly from approximately 5–20 minutes to 4–7 seconds after dashboard implementation, yielding an average efficiency improvement of ±98.9% across 10 informants. These results demonstrate that the Google Apps Script-based web dashboard effectively enhanced ETLE data management efficiency and supported operational activities at PT Sepeda Untuk Indonesia.
