This study aimed to determine the effect of the traditional egrang game on the body balance of fifth-grade students at MI PUI Cigadung. The study used a quantitative approach with an experimental method and a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The participants were 20 fifth-grade students. Data were collected using the Y Balance Test before and after the treatment. The traditional egrang game was implemented in seven sessions over seven weeks. Data were analyzed using the Shapiro-Wilk normality test and Paired Sample t-Test with SPSS 26. The results showed that the mean balance score increased from 67.09% in the pretest to 84.93% in the posttest, representing an increase of 17.84%. Before treatment, 17 students were in the poor category and 3 students were in the fair category. After treatment, 10 students were in the fair category and 10 students were in the good category. The Paired Sample t-Test produced a significance value of 0.000 and a calculated t-value of 40.723 with df = 19.
