Abstract

Educational quality management is an approach to managing educational institutions aimed at continuously improving the quality of educational processes and outcomes. This article examines the fundamental concepts of educational quality management, including its definitions, objectives, principles, functions, and implementation in schools. The study was conducted through a literature review of the works of Edward Sallis and Nanang Fattah, as well as regulations concerning the educational quality assurance system and National Education Standards. The findings indicate that educational quality management requires the involvement of all school stakeholders, a focus on educational stakeholders as beneficiaries, continuous improvement, and systematic management of educational processes to produce high-quality and competitive graduates.
