<![CDATA[The Mitra Usaha Borneo Producer Cooperative was established on May 14, 2008, inRepak Sari Village. Its business activities consist of a core business involving the sale of oil palmfresh fruit bunches (FFB), a supplementary savings and loan unit, and a sideline business sellingfertilizers and agricultural production inputs. This study aims to identify, describe, and analyzeefforts to improve the performance of the Mitra Usaha Borneo Producer Cooperative'smanagement. This is a descriptive qualitative study. Training provided covers cooperativemanagement, financial management, and leadership, as well as technical training such as the useof cooperative information systems. Existing facilities and infrastructure include a cooperativeoffice building, an archive room, a meeting room, a conference room, work desks, filing cabinets,computers, and communication tools (mobile phones and Wi-Fi). Infrastructure yet to be acquiredincludes a dedicated training room, a data storage server, and a security system.
