Soil has physical and technical properties or what can be called physical properties and engineering properties. Soil conditions and characteristics in each area have different properties, as is the case with the problematic sedimentary soil of the Leis Randudongkal dam, Pemalang district, which has poor soil bearing capacity. The research conducted on the sediment soil of the Leis Randudongkal dam, Pemalang district, varied the mixture of sedimentary soil with a mixture of additives in the form of emulsified asphalt and fly ash . The percentage of mixing of additives is 0%, 5%, 10% and 15% with two ratios of additives, namely (75% emulsified asphalt + 25% fly ash) with a ratio of (25% emulsified asphalt + 75% fly ash) with physical properties and engineering properties. From the tests carried out, it shows the percentage of addition of additives that show increased soil characteristics, namely as follows; Specific gravity testing with the percentage of adding additives is 15% in a ratio (25% asphalt emulsion + 75% fly ash), Atteberg limit by reviewing the plasticity index occurs at the percentage addition of additives by 5% with a percentage ratio (75% emulsified asphalt + 25% fly ash), soil compaction testing using a due to a larger fly ash showing the optimum water content value that is not too large, then testing the soil development (swelling) using the addition of an additive percentage of 10% with a percentage ratio (25% emulsified asphalt + 75% fly ash), in the CBR test the percentage of additives added is 10% with a percentage ratio (25% emulsified asphalt + 75% fly ash).
