This article explores the importance of emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual intelligence (SQ) as complements to intellectual intelligence (IQ) in addressing the challenges of the global competition era. Using a qualitative method based on literature review, this article highlights that IQ focuses on analytical and logical abilities, while EQ plays a role in understanding and managing emotions, and SQ supports by providing life meaning and moral foundations. These three intelligences complement each other to form a well-rounded individual. The findings indicate that the integration of IQ, EQ, and SQ not only enhances academic success but also builds the character of ethical and responsible leaders. This article recommends a holistic approach to education and self-development to achieve success by balancing these three intelligences.
