Research conducted at Agnicom Padang Pariaman aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and human resource competence on employee performance, analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. The population of this study were all 12 Agnicom employees, the sampling technique used was a census technique. Data analysis using multiple regression and hypothesis testing using SPSS 26. Entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on employee performance, human resource competency has a significant effect on Agnicom employee performance
