Abstract

Lamun Ombak restaurant is a business that has a big name in the city of Padan today, in the city of Padang also many emerging big names that also have similar businesses, such as restaurants Lubuk Idai, restaurant Pauh, Simple restaurant that continues to expand market in various areas in Padang City. To address the increasingly competitive competition, Lamun Ombak restaurants must still maintain excellent service and customer satisfaction to maintain customer loyalty. This study aims to determine the Influence Analysis of Service Performance and Consumer Satisfaction Against Repurchase Trend (Case Study at Lamun Ombak Restaurant Padang). The independent variables are Service Performance (x1) and Consumer Satisfaction (x2). The dependent variable is the Buying Trend (Y). The sample in this research is 100 consumers who come to visit. Data were collected using documentation and interviews. Hypothesis testing using analysis, regression, t test, F test and determination. The results showed partially and simultaneously service performance and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on the trend of repurchase in the Lamun Ombak restaurant with a significance value of 0.000. While viewed from the coefficient of determination obtained R square value of 0.443 has the meaning that the ability of independent variables to explain the amount of variation in the dependent variable is 44.3% the rest explained other variables that are not included in the equation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product attributes and promotions on consumer buying interest in Kota Pariaman at Shopee online shop. The independent variables are product quality (X1), design (X2), features (X3), promotion (X4) and consumer interest (Y). The sample in this study were 97 online shop consumers in Kota Pariaman. The data collected are primary data using interviews / questionnaires and tools for analyzing SPSS data, 2019. The test uses regression analysis Y0 = 4,967- 0,016 X1 +1,671 X2 + 0,291 X3 + 1,540 X4. The results of the test show that partially the product attributes with product quality indicators have no effect, while design indicators, influential features, and promotions have an effect. And Ujif simultaneously product quality, design, features and promotions have a significant effect on consumer interest. With a determination of 68.3%.

This research method is a quantitative method, with 100 respondents as a sample to collect data through a questionnaire. The Likert scale is used with multiple regression analysis. The results showed that customer value has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the rice field duck restaurant.

Abstract

One of the causes of the lack knowledge of street vendors is the low level financial literacy. On the other hand, financial literacy is one of the key principles of entrepreneurship that will assist in making decisions and carrying out activities that have financial consequences. When the financial literacy of street vendors  is low, this will be a barrier in achieving business success considering that street vendors operate in a dynamic and complex environment. Most of the problems faced by business actors are related to financial statements that are not clear and do not even have financial statements. Therefore, we must prepare maximum accounting concepts for street vendors so that they are easy to understand and can be applied to managed businesses. Financial reports in traditional markets are dominated by traders who have quite large businesses. So in this study, the researchers tried to provide an effective use of simple books (simple financial statements) for street vendors in traditional markets in order to determine the net profit earned in one period. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The study used a Pre-Experimental design, namely One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. This research only involved 1 experimental group without a control group. This design compares the situation before and after being treated with the use of simple books (simple financial statements) to see net income. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. While the data analysis technique used will be descriptive statistical analysis which refers to the existing interval values to measure effectiveness and describe the results of these measurements. From the results of data analysis calculated based on each indicator, it is obtained; First, it can be understood to obtain 3.168. Second, Relevance got 3,196. Third, Reliability got 3,172. Fourth, comparability obtained 3.172. From some of these indicators, the average variable is 3,177 which is in the interval value of 2.45 - 3.2 and shows effectiveness. So, the conclusion of this study is that the use of Simple Financial Statements for Street Vendors in Pariaman Traditional Markets has been effective.Keywords: Effectiveness, Financial Report

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of systematic risk and macroeconomic conditions on firm value. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a sample of 42 observations during the observation period. The data source used is secondary data. The type of data used is quantitative data in the form of financial statements of Astra International Group companies from 2011 to 2017. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test using normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using partial test (t), simultaneous test (f) and determination (R2). Data processing methods use SPSS version 16.0 and Microsoft Excel 2010. The results of the analysis show that systematic risk has a significant effect on the value of the company with a significant value of 0.005, while inflation has no significant effect on the value of the company with a significant value of 0.845. Simultaneously or together systematic risk and inflation have a significant effect on firm value with a significant value of 0.018. R2 value of 0.186 can be interpreted that 18.6% of the company's value variable is explained by the company's risk variables and inflation, while the remaining 81.4% is explained by other factors outside of this research variable.

Abstract

Teaching and learning activities in statistics courses are classified as low, this is known from the results of exams held by many students who get low marks. This study aims to determine the effect of using hybrid learning on student motivation and achievement during the post-pandemic period at STMIK Jaya Nusa. This research is quantitative with the census method. The population is students who take statistics courses as many as 70 people. The results of the study show that (1) there is a positive influence between the use of hybrid learning and student learning motivation in the post-pandemic period. (2) There is no positive effect between the use of hybrid learning and student achievement in the post-pandemic period.

Abstract

This research is entitled The Influence of Entrepreneurship Education and the Social Environment on Interest in Entrepreneurship in Students of the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of West Sumatra. This research is motivated by the need for students in the faculty of health sciences to be able to create their own job opportunities with the abilities or education they have received. No need to wait for the relevant agency to open job vacancies. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The data taken was primary data by distributing questionnaires to students at the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of West Sumatra. This research carried out research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests using SPSS version 21. The research results stated that looking at the test results that had been carried out proved that both variables had a significant effect partially or simultaneously, and it could also be seen that the Adjusted R Square was 0.403 or amounting to 40.3%. This means that the variable interest in entrepreneurship is influenced by entrepreneurship education and the social environment and the remaining 50.7% is influenced by other variables outside of this research variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi, komitmen dankeuntungan bersama terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR)Piala Makmur Sungai Geringging. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secarasimultan dan secara parsial pengaruh komunikasi, komitmen dan keuntungan bersamaterhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Piala Makmur SungaiGeringging digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Uji instrument penelitian yangdigunakan adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji asumsi klasik yang digunakan adalahuji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinieritas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Sedangkanuntuk uji hipotesis digunakan uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruhyang signifikan antara komunikasi terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan> yaitu 4,749 > 1,660 dan sig 0,000 < 0,05, dan terdapat pengaruh yangsignifikan antara komitmen terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan< yaitu 4,222 > 1,660 dan sig 0.000 < 0,05, dan terdapat pengaruh yangsignifikan antara keuntungan bersama terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan> yaitu 2,659 > 1,660 dan sig 0,009 < 0,05. Dan juga terdapat pengaruh yangsignifikan antara komunikasi, komitmen dan keuntungan bersama terhadap loyalitas nasabah.Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan > (21,197 > 2,70) dan sig (0,000 < 0,05), dankoefisien determinasi R square menunjukkan angka 0,398 atau 39,8%. Jadi dapat dikatakanbahwa 39,8% loyalitas nasabah dipengaruhi oleh komunikasi, komitmen, dan keuntunganbersama. Sedangkan sisanya 60,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalampenelitian ini..
