Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure on the company's financial performance particularly in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 4 years period from 2014 to 2018. Capital structure is measured by Market Total Leverage (MTLEV), Market Long-Term Leverage (MLLEV) and Market Short-Term Leverage (MSLEV). On the other hand, the company's financial performance is measured by Return on Equity (ROE) and Price to Book Value (PBV). The populations in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the selection of samples was determined by purposive sampling method, with the final samples as many as 333 company-years. The type of data used is secondary data from IDX using multiple regression analysis methods. The results of the analysis show that the capital structure has negative and significant effect on the company's financial performance in each model.Keywords: capital structure, company financial performance Pengaruh Struktur Modal Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan PerusahaanAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh struktur modal terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018. Sampel ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling, kemudian sampel akhir diperoleh sebanyak 333 perusahaan-tahun. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari IDX dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa struktur modal berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan disetiap model.Keywords: struktur modal, kinerja keuangan perusahaan

This study aims to do understanding: (1) the effect of work conflict to the spirit at work; (2) the impact of work stress on the spirit at work; (3) the effect of a work conflict and work stress to the spirit at work of PDAM employee in South Solok Regency. This research used quantitative research method by casual associative approach. The sampling technique that used was purposive sampling technique with 39 people. The method used to compile data was questionnaire method. The method that used to analyze data in this research was descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression by SPSS programs v 20.0 for windows. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, it was known that the work conflict (X1) has a significant effect on the spirit at work (Y) with beta coefficient 0.283. Work stress (X) has a significant effect on the spirit at work (Y) with beta coefficient 0.631. This result shows that work conflict and work stress have a significant and positive effect on the work spirit of PDAM employee in South Solok Regency with sig. Score F < 5% (0.000 < 0,05). In conclusion, work conflict and work stress are the factors which affect the spirit at work with 61.7%, while the other percentage 38.3% is affected by the other factors which are not becoming research object from this study.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening pada Win Motor Padang Pariaman. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausatif yang melihat pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah rata- rata dari pelanggan lama berbayar sebanyak 383 pelanggan dengan sampel sebanyak 196 orang responden. Pengambilan data dilakukan dalam bentuk kuesioner dan di analisis dengan menggunkan analisis regresi causal step dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening. Secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan memediasi pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan secara parsial karena sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan uji causal step dengan memasukkan variabel mediasi, kualitas layanan tetap berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan hubungan tidak langsung antara variabel kualitas layanan dan loyalitas pelanggan diterima.

Obligations to every lecturer in Higher Education as described in the Tridharma of Higher Education are Education, Research, and Community Service. One of these obligations as a lecturer at the Nahdatul Ulama Jambi Institute of Technology and Science will carry out Community Service, this is carried out in connection with the concern of every institution or institution engaged in education, especially higher education by following developments and technological advances, especially the city of Jambi which has the potential to enter various types of technology, especially android cellphones, both legal and non-legal so that it is easy to get cellphones of various types of brands at low prices in the city of Jambi, so many parents buy android cellphones for children to increase knowledge in the field of education, but along with the busyness of parents so that the use of this android cellphone is not controlled and its use is widely misused not only to increase knowledge but also to play games that spend time from morning to night sometimes don't remember the time, where children today busy playing games, not focusing on school, the world of physical play which can make children become abnormal (such as autism) do not care about their parents and their environment, for that we have a concern to provide technology knowledge and applications to parents in restricting children from using the android mobile phone by organizing Community Service activities.

The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the relationship between workload and work stress on educators. This research is an analytic study with a cross sectional approach. The population used in this study were all 31 Padang AMSS education staff in 2019. The sampling technique is using a saturated sample. Techniques for collecting data were field studies, namely observation and interviews and distributing questionnaires. The research variable consisted of 2 types, namely the independent variable in the form of workload, and the dependent variable in the form of work stress. The sampling technique was total sampling because the total population consisted of 31 educators and 1 leader. The research used survey techniques for descriptive studies using the SPSS version. 18.0. The instrument used is a questionnaire for workload and work stress variables with five Likert scales ranging from 1 to 5 (strongly disagree to strongly agree). Data was collected using a workload scale and a work stress scale. the results of research that have been carried out concluded that there is a significant relationship between workload and work stress for educators at AMSS Padang. This is indicated by the value of p = 0.00 (< 0.05), meaning that if the workload on employees increases, the stress level of employees will also increase so as to avoid various obstacles in serving the needs of the academic community, especially AMSS Padang students. For leaders, it is hoped that they will be able to provide continuous supervision in a clear division of work so that educators do not feel burdened with the tasks and responsibilities given so that stress at work can be minimized

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, workload and work environment on the work motivation of employees of AgniCom Padang Pariaman employees. The method used in this research is quantitative research with survey and descriptive approach. The population in this study were employees of AgniCom Padang Pariaman. The sample used is 48 people using saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, (2) Workload has a negative and significant effect on work motivation, (3) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation.

Understanding small business marketing strategies in the technology era is very helpful for large and small business drivers. So, through this study, we have understood the AIDA marketing model among MSME drivers, primarily through document and literature searches in various publications, including books, scientific journals, and other publications related to the issues of the AIDA model and marketing of small business products. We cannot do that much data, up to 100 books, without going through a data analysis process that involves coding the data, evaluating interpretations, and drawing valid conclusions to answer the current question. Based on the results of the study and discussion, it can be concluded that the understanding and application of the AIDA marketing model for marketing MSME products and services in the digital era is very profitable; This model approach also has advantages and also drawnbacks.

Background: Validation of the book is very important so that the shortcomings of the developed book can be identified and can correct errors in its preparation both in terms of relevance, accuracy, language, and learning. The book that will be tested for validation is an Introduction to Information Technology in the area of SMK PP N Padang. This study aims to describe the validity of the results of the development of the book Introduction to Information Technology in the area of SMK PP N Padang as a supporting material for information technology knowledge. Methods: The type of research and development used is the Borg and Gall model (1983) which consists of 7 stages: (1) Research and information gathering, (2) Planning, (3) Initial product development, (4) Initial field trials, (5) Main product revision, (6) Main field test, (7) Operational product revision. Results: The results of the development of the Introduction to Information Technology book based on its validity obtained a score of 3.65 (very valid) and the readability test obtained a score of 3.21 (very good). Conclusion: This Introduction to Information Technology is procedurally and theoretically worthy of further study and the quality of information technology developed is good.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada 21West Freshwater Laundry Padang Utara Kota Padang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian eksplanatori. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yaitu konsumen yang menggunakan jasa laundry. 21. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di laundry 21.Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di laundry 21.Berdasarkan uji f kualitas pelayanan dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen di laundry 21. R square sebesar 52,9% yang artinya kualitas pelayanan dan harga dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen pada laundry 21 sebesar 52,9%. Sisanya sebesar 47,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
