This research analyzes the process of creating Fund Disbursement Notes (NPD) after official travel at the Secretariat of the Youth, Sports, Culture, and Tourism Agency of Depok City. The study identifies the stages, supporting documents, as well as obstacles and their solutions. The NPD process includes collecting evidence, preparing reports, and submitting funds. However, common issues such as document delays and data inconsistencies often postpone fund disbursement. This research aims to provide insights into government financial administration and recommendations to improve the efficiency of official travel fund management.
