Abstract

The adoption of financial technology (fintech) has become a cornerstone of digital transformation in business administration, particularly in the service sector. This study explores the impact of fintech implementation on the operational efficiency of service companies, focusing on how digital payment systems, automated financial services, and fintech-driven analytics contribute to performance improvements. Data were collected from 150 service companies through structured questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via AMOS. The results indicate a positive and significant relationship between fintech adoption and operational efficiency, particularly in terms of process optimization and cost reduction. This study offers insights into how service companies can leverage fintech to enhance their competitive edge and streamline operations.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between innovation strategies and organizational performance in Indonesian startups, focusing on the moderating role of risk management. The rapid growth of startups in Indonesia has fostered a need for effective innovation strategies that can drive competitiveness and sustainability. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 120 Indonesian startups through structured surveys, and analysis was conducted using SPSS. The results indicate that innovation strategies, such as product and process innovation, significantly impact organizational performance. Furthermore, the findings show that risk management practices positively moderate the relationship between innovation and performance, allowing startups to minimize potential risks while maximizing growth. This study provides insights into how innovation and risk management strategies can be integrated to enhance the overall performance of startups in emerging economies.

Abstract

This study examines the Innovation-Based Entrepreneurship (IBE) model to identify the factors that drive sustainable business growth among young entrepreneurs. Recognizing that innovation and entrepreneurial orientation are vital in navigating dynamic markets, this research analyzes how these elements contribute to long-term business growth and sustainability. Data were gathered from a sample of 200 young entrepreneurs across different sectors, and analysis was conducted using SPSS to evaluate relationships among innovation capabilities, entrepreneurial orientation, and support systems, such as mentorship and financial access. Findings indicate that innovation capabilities and a strong entrepreneurial orientation significantly impact sustainable business growth, and the availability of external support further strengthens this relationship. These results provide a foundation for enhancing entrepreneurship development strategies.

Abstract

The digital era has introduced both opportunities and challenges for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Innovation, particularly in the realms of product and process improvements, has emerged as a crucial factor in enabling MSMEs to remain competitive. This study explores how innovation drives competitiveness in MSMEs, focusing on the impact of digital transformation on their business practices. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews with 25 MSME owners from various sectors and analyzed using NVivo software. The findings reveal that innovation, particularly through digital adoption, significantly enhances MSME competitiveness by improving efficiency, customer engagement, and market reach. The study concludes that MSMEs need to embrace continuous innovation to survive and thrive in the rapidly changing digital landscape.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of digital marketing strategies on consumer engagement and brand loyalty within Indonesian e-commerce platforms. The growing adoption of digital marketing has transformed how companies engage with consumers, and understanding this dynamic is crucial for enhancing brand loyalty in a competitive market. A quantitative approach was employed, using data from 300 respondents who regularly use e-commerce platforms in Indonesia. The research utilizes various digital marketing strategies such as social media marketing, email marketing, and influencer marketing. SPSS software was used to analyze the relationships between digital marketing efforts and their effects on consumer engagement and brand loyalty. The findings reveal a significant positive relationship between digital marketing strategies and both consumer engagement and brand loyalty, providing insights for businesses to refine their marketing strategies.

Abstract

The rise of digital transformation presents both challenges and opportunities for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. This study aims to explore the adaptive strategies employed by MSMEs in response to the rapid digital shift, focusing on how they modify their business operations, customer engagement practices, and resource management. Using a qualitative approach, we conducted in-depth interviews with 15 MSME owners across various industries, gathering insights into their strategic responses to digitalization pressures. Thematic analysis reveals three primary adaptation strategies: digital skill enhancement, process innovation, and flexible resource allocation. Findings suggest that MSMEs with a proactive digital approach and resource flexibility are more resilient in facing digitalization challenges. This study contributes to the literature on MSME adaptability, offering practical implications for business owners and policymakers to support MSMEs in leveraging digital transformation for sustained growth

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of social media marketing on consumer engagement and brand loyalty among Generation Z in Indonesia, focusing on the role of social media engagement, content quality, and influencer partnerships. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 500 respondents in Generation Z through an online survey, and the results were analyzed using Smart PLS for Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Findings reveal that social media engagement and influencer partnerships significantly influence brand loyalty, with content quality serving as a key moderating factor. The study highlights that effective social media marketing strategies tailored to Generation Z’s preferences can strengthen brand loyalty and engagement. These insights offer practical implications for marketers looking to enhance brand loyalty in a digital landscape dominated by social media interaction

Abstract

This study examines the influence of customer experience on brand loyalty within the Indonesian e-commerce industry, focusing on key factors such as website usability, personalized service, and post-purchase support. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 600 online shoppers across various e-commerce platforms in Indonesia. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was applied to analyze the relationships between customer experience dimensions and brand loyalty. Findings indicate that a positive customer experience significantly enhances brand loyalty, with personalized service and user-friendly website design being the most influential factors. The results suggest that e-commerce platforms can build stronger customer loyalty by improving usability and offering tailored experiences that meet individual customer needs. These insights provide valuable implications for e-commerce businesses seeking to retain customers in an increasingly competitive digital landscape.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and employee engagement within Indonesian corporations, focusing on how CSR activities in areas such as environmental sustainability, community support, and employee well-being influence employee commitment and organizational loyalty. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through a survey of 400 employees from various sectors across Indonesia and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to determine the strength and significance of relationships between CSR dimensions and employee engagement. Results indicate that CSR initiatives aimed at improving employee well-being and workplace conditions have the strongest positive impact on employee engagement, followed by community-focused activities. The findings suggest that CSR serves as a strategic tool to enhance organizational commitment by fostering a supportive and ethical work environment. This study offers practical implications for corporations aiming to boost employee engagement through socially responsible practices, particularly in emerging markets like Indonesia.

Abstract

This research analyzes the process of creating Fund Disbursement Notes (NPD) after official travel at the Secretariat of the Youth, Sports, Culture, and Tourism Agency of Depok City. The study identifies the stages, supporting documents, as well as obstacles and their solutions. The NPD process includes collecting evidence, preparing reports, and submitting funds. However, common issues such as document delays and data inconsistencies often postpone fund disbursement. This research aims to provide insights into government financial administration and recommendations to improve the efficiency of official travel fund management.
