This study aims to develop a campus-based educational tourism product model grounded in experience-based tourism in Bandung, a city with a high concentration of higher education institutions and strong potential for educational tourism development. However, current campus visit activities remain conventional, are not yet organized into structured tourism packages, and have not fully incorporated immersive experience design. This study adopts an action research approach consisting of iterative cycles of planning, action, observation, and reflection, allowing the researcher to both design and test the model through pilot implementation of tourism packages, while collecting data through interviews, field observations, and documentation for continuous improvement. The findings produce a product planning model that integrates cognitive, affective, sensory, and conative dimensions across each stage of the tourist customer journey. This model is expected to support higher education institutions in strengthening institutional promotion while also offering a practical and adaptive innovation for the tourism industry in Bandung.
