<![CDATA[This community service activity aims to increase the added value of the local potential of Muara Tiku Village by assisting in the processing of moringa leaves into moringa tea products. Muara Tiku Village has an abundant supply of moringa leaves, but their utilization is still limited to fresh consumption and has not been processed into high-value products. Through this program, the implementation team provides training and assistance to the community, especially housewives and small business owners, on moringa leaf processing techniques, starting from the picking process, drying, roasting, and packaging moringa tea products hygienically and according to standards. The results of the activity showed that participants were able to understand and practice all stages of moringa tea production and produce a product of good quality. The resulting moringa tea product has a more consistent aroma, color, and texture and is attractively packaged, thus having a higher selling value.]]>
