Physical fitness is an important indicator reflecting students’ functional capacity, particularly in terms of cardiovascular endurance, which can be assessed using the 12-minute Cooper run test. This study aimed to describe the physical fitness level of students by employing a quantitative descriptive method with a cross-sectional design. The subjects consisted of 15 male students aged 18–23 years who performed the 12-minute run test on a standard 400-meter track. The results showed that the average running distance achieved was 2409 meters, ranging from 2000 to 2700 meters. The distribution of fitness categories revealed that 20% of students were in the good category (>2600 m), 60% in the fair category (2200–2600 m), and 20% in the poor category (<2200 m). It can be concluded that most students were in the fair physical fitness category. Therefore, it is recommended to implement regular and continuous aerobic training programs to improve their cardiovascular capacity.
