<![CDATA[The current young generation needs to preserve Minangkabau culture, especially students who are still in school. The method used to preserve Minangkabau culture is to preserve local wisdom. This program of activities held at each level of education is routinely carried out involving students and teachers at the school. This research aims to observe tips on speaking kato nan ampek in the Minangkabau language, politeness in speaking, learning Minangkabau Natural Culture as a generational breaker, and traditional Minangkabau cultural clothing. This research uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach. The author used observation techniques before the research was carried out, then carried out an interview protocol with students and teachers at the school and completed the evidence with documentation of activities in the field. The research results found in this study were that teachers taught students how to use kato nan ampek for students, speak good words, and also use Minang language with Minang language every day.]]>
