<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the important role of educators in Quranic boarding schools in shaping students’ akhlaqul karimah. Teachers at these institutions instill positive character values in their students, including religious values, environmental awareness, independence, honesty, discipline, responsibility, social care, and diligence. The purpose of this study is to explore the role of educators in developing students’ honesty, discipline, and sense of responsibility. This study employs a qualitative method with a case study approach, conducted in a specific setting to describe phenomena as they occur naturally. The data collected consist of words and images rather than numbers; any numerical data are used only to support a comprehensive description of the situation. This descriptive research aims to present and interpret data without focusing on statistical analysis. The results indicate three main educator roles in shaping students’ character: (i) in developing disciplinary character, educators act as parents, motivators, mentors, role models, and supervisors; (ii) in fostering honesty, educators serve as motivators, mentors, role models, and supervisors; and (iii) in building a sense of responsibility, educators function as parents, motivators, mentors, role models, and supervisors.]]>
