<![CDATA[This study was motivated by the discovery of several undesirable behaviors among students. Some of them behaved rudely, used foul language, did not greet their teachers when they met them, and did not pay attention when teachers explained Islamic Religious Education lessons. They even ignored teachers' instructions during lessons. In addition, there are also students who enter and leave the classroom without permission, sleep in class, and show laziness in learning. This situation challenges the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process and requires an appropriate approach to improve student discipline and motivation to learn. The purpose of this study is to determine the form of student ethics towards educators, namely teachers. This research uses a qualitative research design. The data sources are primary and secondary data sources. To collect data, the author uses non-test techniques with data collection tools such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The author's research findings show that the ethical behavior of students towards teachers in Islamic elementary schools includes shaking hands with the right hand when meeting teachers, not talking while teachers are explaining the material, not speaking rudely to teachers, not yelling at teachers, and obeying teachers' rules. The implementation of these forms of student ethics not only creates a conducive learning environment, but also further shapes the foundation of religious character that is internalized in students' daily behavior.]]>
