<![CDATA[The Green Village Initiative-based community assistance program aims to support village transformation toward sustainable development by strengthening environmental, economic, social, infrastructure, and governance capacities. This study evaluates the program's achievements using the Green Village framework, which consists of five dimensions: Green Economy, Environment and Ecosystem, Social and Well-being, Green Infrastructure and Services, and Governance and Participation. The study employed field observation, descriptive analysis, mapping of baseline conditions and program outcomes, and data triangulation through documentation, interviews, and participatory training activities. The results show positive improvements across all dimensions. Environmental achievements include waste segregation, eco-enzyme production, and the development of green open spaces. The green economy dimension was strengthened through circular economy initiatives such as plastic shredding and environmentally friendly paving block production. Social improvements are reflected in increased community participation, environmental awareness, and social cohesion. Green infrastructure was enhanced through the provision of solar-powered plastic shredding machines, digital recording systems, and integrated waste bank facilities. Governance practices also became more transparent, collaborative, and participatory. Overall, the program successfully strengthened village capacities toward becoming a Green Village and provides a replicable model for promoting ecological sustainability and circular economy-based rural development.]]>
