Traffic accidents (KLL) in the Banten region continue to show alarming numbers and require prompt and appropriate emergency response. The online motorcycle taxi (OJOL) community holds a strategic role as lay first responders due to their high mobility and constant presence on the roads. However, there remains a gap between their willingness to assist victims and their actual clinical skills in emergency situations. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and practical skills of the OJOL community in Serang City in performing Basic Life Support (BLS) and initial trauma management. The methods used include interactive lectures, question-and-answer sessions, and hands-on simulation practices to ensure participant engagement and skill acquisition. Evaluation of the program’s effectiveness was conducted using pre- and post-knowledge questionnaires as well as skills checklists during simulations. The results indicate an increase in participants’ understanding and competence in providing initial emergency assistance. This program highlights the importance of empowering community members as first responders to reduce morbidity and mortality caused by traffic accidents.
