The micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) sector is crucial to Indonesia's economic growth. However, many MSMEs struggle to access formal financial services due to their lack of knowledge about financial management and digital financial technology. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to strengthen MSMEs’ capacity in financial management by improving their understanding of financial planning and control, promoting the adoption of digital financial technologies, and increasing their awareness of available formal financing options. The program was conducted in West Bekasi District, Indonesia, through seminars, workshops, interactive discussions, and mentoring activities involving 60 MSME participants. The activities were carried out in collaboration with Bank BPR Mitra Ekonomi Andalas and the West Bekasi District Government. The findings indicate that participants demonstrated improved knowledge of financial literacy, simple financial statement preparation, digital bookkeeping applications, and financing application procedures. Furthermore, participants gained a deeper understanding of the importance of maintaining a clear separation between personal and business finances and utilizing digital technologies to enhance financial management practices and overall business performance. The program also strengthened collaboration among MSMEs, financial institutions, local government agencies, and higher education institutions in promoting financial inclusion. These outcomes suggest that financial literacy education and practical mentoring can effectively improve the managerial capacity and financial accessibility of MSMEs, thereby supporting sustainable business development in the digital era.
