Nutritional literacy refers to an individual's ability to obtain, understand, evaluate, and apply nutrition-related information to make appropriate dietary and health decisions. Adequate nutritional literacy during adolescence is essential for supporting optimal growth, preventing nutrition-related problems, and encouraging healthy lifestyle behaviors that can be sustained into adulthood. This community service program aimed to assess the nutritional literacy level of students at St. Yoseph School and improve their understanding of the importance of balanced nutrition through educational interventions. The program consisted of a nutritional literacy assessment followed by interactive health education sessions designed to strengthen students' knowledge and awareness of healthy eating practices. The findings showed that most participants demonstrated good nutritional literacy, with relatively similar levels between male and female students. Nevertheless, differences in comprehension were still identified, indicating the need for continuous nutrition education. Schools have a strategic role in integrating nutrition promotion into educational activities to foster healthy eating behaviors and improve adolescents' long-term health and well-being.
